Moreover, from the wide range of heat insulating variants and systems offered by the modern Ukrainian market, it seems to us that precisely the system of facade insulation TM BauGut is the leader in the efficiency, novelty of technical solutions and the availability of materials.We have already considered the overall structure of the “pie” that is formed when installing the system of facade insulation of TM BauGut. In addition, in the previous publication, some of the components of this system, in particular, the primer and thermal insulation mixtures which are part of the facade insulation, and also the elements of fastening of the facade insulation of TM BauGut, such as dowels, reinforcing mesh made of fiberglass, glue- foam

In this case, there are three points when it is necessary to use plaster mixes: first for leveling the insulated wall and application of a glue layer, and then – for the final finishing of the insulated facade.

The official instructions say: plaster BauGut ZPT is intended for leveling concrete, brick and cement-sand surfaces (walls and ceilings, do not deform) with a layer up to 30 mm inside and outside buildings before further finishing: putty, application of decorative plaster, gluing of thermal insulation, tiles, mosaics, etc.

The composition of the BauGut ZPT plaster includes: cement, fractionated fillers, various modifying additives that provide material flow, with a layer thickness of 10 mm to 16 kg / m2

Naturally, the preparation of the surface for application of plaster BauGut ZPT should be carried out, according to DBN B.2.6-22-2001 and DSTU N BA.3.1-23: 2013.

The BauGut Baugips-START plaster, unlike the two mixtures described above, is not intended to align surfaces. It is a pure adhesive mixture for lining of mineral substrates of high density (concrete, reinforcement slabs, asbestos) with various types of slabs and tiles made of artificial and natural stone, granite, concrete tiles, etc.

The BauGut Baugips-START blend is very effective when treating terraces, balconies, warm floors with water heating. Its consumption is approximately 2.2-7.5 kg / m2

Since the adhesive mixture also holds the lining, the preparation of the surface before applying BauGut Baugips-START must be carefully carried out, in accordance with the requirements of DBN B.2.6-22-2001, SNiP 3.04.01-87. The foundation should be dry, durable, cleaned of spills, areas with weak strength, dust and substances that reduce adhesion (fats, oils, paints, etc.). Small roughnesses and potholes in the base can be straightened by the same adhesive mixture.

Sooner or later, the moment comes when you need to think about the final finishing of the mounted thermal insulation system.

In this case, the scope of application of both mixtures by the manufacturer is formulated the same: for the high-quality decorative finishing of the walls of buildings when performing both internal and external works. The texture can be created on different mineral surfaces: concrete, cement plaster (for example, BauGut ZPT), or can be used as one of the variants of the finishing coating when insulation of facades of buildings under the system of facade insulation TM BauGut.

The composition of both mixtures also contains identical components: a polymeric mineral composition based on white cement with modifiers from leading European manufacturers and invoice generating grains.

The difference between the two finishing coatings is shown in the figure. “Korode” is named because of the appearance of a chaotic pattern on the surface, which is similar to the traces of “work” of a beetle-bark, which creates quirky figures on a tree. The BauGut RPT granules contained in the composition of the size range from 1 to 3.5 mm and allow the formation of “furrows” of the appropriate depth, and the plasterer, which uses various grout techniques, creates the most incredible patterns for the individual design.

Stone peal plaster is one of the most popular options for facade work today. Sometimes pebble plaster is called “Roman stone”. BauGut KPT plasters use different mineral granules, which also affect the size of the texture pattern – from large sand (1 mm) to fine pebbles (4 mm). The versatility of this textured coating allows it to be applied, both in finishing the facades of buildings and inside the premises, creating original interior solutions.
